Ordering

We accept orders online at Muscadine Press and Faire. Alternatively, you may contact us directly to place orders via e-mail or phone.

 

Pricing and Payment

Wholesale prices are 50 percent of the MSRP, and are subject to change. Payment for orders placed in our online wholesale shop is due at the time of order. For all other orders, payment is required before shipping. Orders will not ship until payment has cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

 

Shipping and Handling

Unless a shipment date is specified, orders generally ship within one week of ordering. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

 

Backorders

Certain products may occasionally be out of stock. You will be notified if any items you have ordered are backordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it immediately.

 

Product and Packaging

All items are retail ready and have labeling and packaging to clearly identify the product. Products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually.

 

Refunds and Returns

Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us, and we will work together to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
